So ,it all seems like 1974 Greece.People on the streets celebrating, calls for return of citizens exiled in other countries, talks about political movements and elections .
And what s next ?I am having a guess.
first the USA will organise financial health for the parties that all will be controlled by foreign secter services.then ,because corruption is already embeded ,they will organise a society according to the greek example, creating movements that will divide the people into left -right ,or something ,then they will start exploitation of the country by big multimillion contracts that will enslave egypt for ever ,then they will use the people as consumers,to draw out any left over penny, then they will turn them into workslaves for minimal pay ,then they will dump them ,leaving social chaos behind.
all the above ,will happen in that order ,unless egyptian people decide ,(i wonder how ,given that without education people get to be easier manipulated) to follow a different model ,maybe something the world has never seen before.but will the religious side, and the military ,and their associates who make a living by maintaining the present conditions?will the people be able to stay away from the plasmatic questions and differences and maintain a commmon front against anything threatens the quality of life on the majority ?
i am not sure there is a complete instructions book on how to do this ,so they will have to make it up as they go.will this be a benefit for the rest of the world?propably yes if it succeeds, which is my hope .
but with all the foreseen obstacles ,i will be also surprised oif they manage to create a country that will be a prototype for the rest of us.
now if they try to implicate other issues like the palestinian problem ,which is another made up thing to maintain instabillity and create profitable situations for the big multinationals and the cronies of the IMF ,then they will get lost .they ve got to concentrate all their efforts in the birth of the new egypt ,first .
and all has to happen with respect to human rights ,and at the same time survive in this big world of today ,with competition .so how do you create a system while orperating with another ?how do you make the transition?you dont.you never go away from the confort of what you have for the insecurity of the untried.
or maybe egyptians do so .then we will really have an example to follow.and maybe we shpould try to help egypt to acvhieve that .maybe ther is action to be taken to press the rest of the world to give the headstart to egypt,by creating a safe heaven for egypt ,until they start to be able to compete on equal terms.it s unrealistic ,8 know.that s why i believe that this story will have a usual end ,which is far away from freedom ,in any sense.far away from humanity ,far from respect ,and far from non violence.
but i am usually wrong in everything i say ,i discovered that in the last 48 years .so dont listen to what i say i m just a paranoical greek.......
lots of love and my deepest respect to those who demonstrated in egypt.their courage is beyond my reach.
